Bug description: After you get close enough to Lady Sylvanas Windrunner in Royal Quarter, Udercity , while having Thas'dorah, Legacy of the Windrunners equipped, this should trigger a dialogue in which Sylvanas tells you a little story but aparently this dosent work and no matter how long you stay there she wont do a thing.
