[REJECTED] THE QUEST TO OBTAIN MY ARTIFACT IS NOT SHOWING

Bug description: Im level 100 and the quest to obtain my shaman artifact is not showing
Proof: it happend after the 7.2.5 patch, i dont know what part i did wrong but there's no quest showing or appearing to obtain my artifact weapon

I tried reloging many times, going in and out of the maelstron and sometimes THRALL with an quest marker on his head is inside but i cant talk to THRALL, its just a hostile NPC and cant talk with THRALL. most of the time THRALL is not in the maelstrom
