Bug description: We can get the key https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=94222&&name=key-to-the-palace-of-lei-shen , but we cant give it back to Taoshi wich isn't spawned in Rogue Class Hall

Taoshi is in Isle of Thunder as stated in the WIki, Rejected.
