WoW Freakz link: All Tank taunts AFAIK, I've tested with Druid, DH, Monk, Paladin.
Bug description: Mobs taunted while they are performing an ability do not swap targets and the taunt effect does nothing.
Proof: I'm not going to make a video or try to make a screenshot that actually offers proof but it is a well-known bug; You can't taunt Krosus until he starts swinging, I've tested on Trilliax, Spellblade, EN bosses, multiple dungeons (It's a huge pain on Skittish for certain trash mobs).

The nh bosses are indeed immune to taunts during spellcast to avoid some exploits.
