[REJECTED] [Technical] "Unable to load manifest for patch 70205" when using the launcher to download

Bug description: Recently an error has started appearing that makes it impossible to use the launcher to download the game while playing. This is not an issue that few individuals have, but rather an issue that appears to be happening for everyone, including those who know what they're doing and don't have weird system settings / permission errors, etc.

Additionally this prevents users who try to use different versions (7.1.5, 7.3.5, 8.x) to simply use our launcher to connect to the server.

The only way to get a working client right now is to download the full torrent.
