[REJECTED] Teleport NPC Bugged

Bug description:
Proof: I have been trying to teleport using a teleporter in the major cities for 3 days now, when I click on the map that pops up it says I am still moving. I have cleared cache folders and WTF and restarted several times both the client and my laptop. So I know it is not my end when days ago everything worked fine. Please look into this bug it is really annoying.

Try leaving combat and / or dismounting. The taxi system works fine. What would also help is if you post a screenshot of this problem happening so we can have a look at what is going on, and where the location/NPC is.
