[REJECTED] Temple Of KotMogu Orb Bug

WoW Freakz link: What should I post in here when reporthing something like this ?
Bug description: A mage has picked up an orb, however, the debuff isn't present, hence he is eligible to cast ice block while wielding the orb & not receiving damage taken or healing done reduction.

Not sure where I had to report this since I don't want to accuse the player of cheating based on my own preconceptions.

Wrong section, open a new topic in the Legion section if it's still happening.

Maybe he just lost the orb and the interface on the right side didn't update so fast.
