[REJECTED] The Christmas Mount Gift Duplication Bug/Error

Bug description: Item Cannot Be Used due to Item Duplication
Proof: I accepted my Christmas Gift and received both the Mounts in my inventory (Hippogryph & Plaguebat). However upon re-logging i saw 2 Hippogryph mount tokens in my inventory and it kept giving me error item already in use so i had to delete now. Now i am unable to see the Plaguebat Mount on my Horde Characters. Request the GM to please restore the Plaguebat Mount in my Horde Char & Request the Developer Team to Fix this so that other players should not get this error message.

On Retail If you procure one of the Mounts (Alliance Hippogryph) the other one (Undercity Bat) gets added automatically. I'm hoping GM's take this into note and help me recover the Undercity Plaguebat Mount of mine on my Horde Chars.

You can claim the gift on other chars again, and mail the mount you want to your char before relogging.
