[REJECTED] [The Dreamgrove] problem with artifact weapon starting quest with Rensar Greathoof

WoW Freakz link: I don't remember the name of the quest but is for the class hall artifact weapon scenario
Bug description: Well I have accepted the quest from Rensar Greathoof where i have to choose the spec weapon to start the chain quest for the artifact weapon (and only available is feral so i clicked feral), then nothing has happened: I did not received the quest or any item and now I cannot take the quest anymore so I am blocked. I reported this thing 3 times by ticket and at the third time i have been called from a GM in the "GM world": i have explained all and the GM gave me a quest ("Mistress of the claw") that does not make sense because first of all is not that quest, second: the quest has not been completed by noone. Please help me i don't know what to do, if you want you can also enter in my account to check, no problem but please help me, i don't want to redo a char from 1 to 110.
