[REJECTED] The Hand of Fate quest disappeared upon completion

Bug description:
So, recently I was on horde and got the a hand of fate quest on auto, jumped in and reached argus, then decided to faction change from horde to alliance and I assume the quest was reset.
Now I got the quest on auto as it is supposed to be but when I tried to complete it, a message said that I do not meet the requirements to complete the quest and the ship and everyone just disappeared.
I have completed the broken shore quest while I was on horde with the same character during 7.2.5.
Now I can't start the hand of fate quest again, there is nowhere to pick it up.

can you guys reset it on the character or something like that?
I also did a name change from Rayordan to Deimos
Also I don't have the call for allies quest anymore, which i kinda started before switching factions

all of this happened on the warrior character Deimos.

Proof: Don't have proof because I did not screenshot or record when this happened
