Bug description: No 2% stats
Proof: I've playing undead and i decided switch to human for [The Human Spirit].But i still have same stats as i had on undead.Here was sever restart already but stats still the same.

I had 166% mastery as undead and i have same 166% mastery as human.

[The Human Spirit]: Human characters now gain 1% more of all secondary stats (Haste, Critical Strike, Mastery, and Versatility) from all sources.

GAINS 1% MORE of all secondary STATS from all SOURCES. Put simply, if you equip an item that gives you 1000 Haste rating, you instead gain 1001 Haste. It's not a flat percentage increase, nor does it anywhere in the description indicate so. It's an extra 1% gained from whatever base value the source provides.
