Bug description: You should be able to guide the troops through the use of a horn: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=190359&&name=argent-war-horn

In the ashbringer campain stage 1 where i have to defeat the army of demons i should call other paladins through the war horn but there is no horn. Not in my inventory nether at the quest display. NEED HELP!
I can defeat a bunch of demons but on isn't attackable. I know there should be waves of demons.

The quest is indeed bugged.
A work around would be this: try pulling some mobs and get them near your troops so they can get aggro, this way you can move forward

I had modified your original post, because it didn't really make any sense.
