Bug description: The skyes of Highmauntain, the quest is taken from larison Skyhorn on a hill top in Highmauntain, the quest is to ride a flaying mount to Thunder totem, and Larison should be there waiting for you, but he's nowhere to be found, i tried to do the quest three times with no luck. its the final quest in the Skyhorn tribe quest line.
