Bug description: there is this quest...i should press on baloon and jump into baloon and go into it and speak with big turtle...but thing is i can press on baloon but i cant get into it tospeak with damn turtle...and that quest is chain for finishing faction quests as pandaren
Proof: srsly u need proof...that quest is for my pandaren faction quest...kinda chain quest
