Bug description: After reaching Prestige 1 level 50 we must get as reward an item to start a quest called [The Victor's Spoils] to unlock the Artifact skin, im already prestige 2 & i didnt recieve the reward to start the quest.

as you see i dont have the quest or the item to start it & im prestige 2 already i hope this post can solve it, thanks for help
