[REJECTED] "The Warchief's order" quest bug!

Bug description: I can't get quest
Proof: Hello, I'm playing Warrior character lvl. 120 at Zuldazar. I've been doing war campaign and had to hand in quest to Sylvanas. So i did, but there is no quest after it. My quest log says i have to complete quest "The Warchief's order" which I and my friend (character name: "Majk Litoris") didn't get. I enclose photo of my quest log and video of the quest i should get but I didn't.
We have tried to get the quest many times, we were in Ogrimmar to report to Sylvanas, we were in Zuldazar port to report to Nathanos but we can't get the quest anywhere.

This quest is in 8.2 Nazjatar. The current patch has 8.0 content.
