Bug description: Fel Sinew Bag is not dropping. Only 14 have completed the quest since it's been fixed. Loot chance on the dungeon is 1 per week. Supposed to be a 100% drop rate. Screenshot is to prove I've ran it, and didn't recieve the Bag as I have the other item for the quest. Added another screenshot to show that I already looted the boss that drops the item for this week.

I have same bug for this quest. 2 bag of those requirements is not dropping.

I think the drop chance is really low or just wrong in the database?

On retail this was mythic only until patch 7.2.0, when they added heroic too. What difficulties are you doing it on?

There is only Mythic available.

@microk2 I have been unable to test. For some reason when we get to the spot after the Wyvern boss. The little Wyvern 1 shot you and keep porting us back to before the last part. We cannot reenter the last phase as you can only enter the last pahse by killing the boss.

Just to confirm this bug still exists, Done Vizum earlier, and no bag drop for bully with the quest. @Microk2
