[REJECTED] The missing fleet Taelia not spawning

Bug description: hello , so , from all the people i understand that the quest works , and , i saw a friend of mine with my own eyes doing the quest meanwhile me beign stuck , so , the idea is , Taelia dosent spawn , she jumps from the ship when we arrive , she dissapears mid air and she dosent spawn anywhere , i relloged many time , deleted the CACHE folder 3 times , and abandoning the quest and do it again for almost 50 times didnt help neither , i even did what i saw in the comments of the quest on the FREAKZ link , and nothing , all of them had something that i do not have and i cannot progress in the game to take the WORLD QUESTS , i cant make reputation in Drustvar because i'm stuck , please let's fix this!!!!

I am just curious. When you deleted your cache folder did you completely exit the game?

uhmmmm ,sorry but obviously i even restart the pc imediately after a graphic card update or windows one even if it's not necesarry, i know kinda basic windows things, and let's say i did it one time but i deleted de cache folder for 3 times

UPDATE : after the new patch , still nothing , deleted the CACHE , abandon the quest and relogged and still nothing , and why do i have a bad feeling that it's not going to be fixed
