Bug description: The portal which Wilfred Fizzlebang uses to summong Jaraxxus appears without even beginning the instance. There are also the orbs which the Valkyrs spawn, also from the beggining. This only affects 10 man Normal mode. (I checked 25 and heroic and they worked fine).

Well, yesterday I did with my guild "Trial of Champion" in normal mode 25, we did until facing the champions of the opposite faction (as we are of the horde came alliance), the bug happened after the wipe, because when we return to the instance, the Ground opened and we headed straight for the last boss. We also realize that an achievement has been accomplished but we have not earned it "three sixty pain spike" http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=3996/three-sixty-pain-spike-10-player#guides, if possible add this Item also to the post.
