Bug description: Can see the animation but it doesn't deal any damage

I just donated for it and I can confirm it does the animation but not the damage. Tested on dummy and 2 x keys and it does not work.

Noticed it also because I have back leggo and using this trinket should heal me.. but it doesn't, cause it does not do damage.
