Bug description: I have finished all chapters in Suramar except last one because last quest of 11th chapter is missing for me,as u can see on picture I do not have anymore quests there,Toryl is friendly now with me because I finished all other quests she had to offer,I checked on wowhead.com about that exact chapter and it turns out she is supposed to give me my last quest for that chapter but it isn't there,also I made sure that I first tried deleting cache and checking if she is has anymore quests to offer.

There are some more quests underwater that you have to do before Toryl gives you the final quest.

So I've been swining for 20 minutes like retard and couldn't find anymore underwater quests,I think I completed them before since I swam 2 times over whole water zone there and nothing has been found
