Hello, I would like to tell you that with the BfA update, the "Jaina's Locket" and "Papa Humel's Old-fashioned pet biscuit" toys are no longer available for use, not even on the toy list.

Confirmed. Jaina's Locket was also already reported here.

We do not intend to implement the custom hotfixes anymore, it's not supposed to be a toy.
