Retail behaviour:


horizontal rays: https://youtube.com/watch?v=Q3WQzxcnarU&t=185:

-> first set of rays finish at 3.08
purifying flame after 5 seconds after the rays completely disappear


vertical rays: https://youtube.com/watch?v=Q3WQzxcnarU&t=215:

-> second set of rays finishes (from the ceileing)
purifying flame starts after the rays completely disappear + ~1s so no one will die of ray dmg if they move left / right



Freakz behaviour:

Not filmed again, unfortunately -> too early on both horizontal and vertical:

horizontal ray : after horizontal rays pass, the purifying flame come faster than 5 seconds

vertical ray : purifying flames come before the vertical rays disappear, making it way harder to dodge them because you only have a very limited place to move


Proof: If can't be tested, I'll provide one next time we go there.



Additional info - can you please try to see if mythic is having the same behaviour? - I actually forgot from when we did that. On mythic the retail behaviour is the following: first the horizotnal rays come, then the vertical rays come and after ~1s after the latter have disappeared the purifying flames are triggered. The timings are correct. I've killed MOTHER multiple times and I had no issues with.

Timings depends on when MOTHER pass the barrier to chamber 2, if you try to reproduce a retail guide video you will see that the timings are the same.

Waiting for your proof that the timings are wrong.
