Bug description: Unable to join or create any guild on my dk, tried deleting Cache, Relogging, unblocking guild invites and disabling Add-ons
Proof: I suspect it's because I boosted a dk, but if there is a way to fix it I would appreciate it, proof here

Confirmed, altho the issue about creating a guild was already reported here.

The guild panel (Communities) is not scripted / won't be implemented since it requires Battle.net or a similar system.

You can still join guilds if you are invited and they use the normal interface.
