Bug description: Cant i re take,leave or complete that quest,the problem was caused by a reboot of the server this morning, and I have tried with the unstuck of the web and deleting the cache folder but it remains the same(i cant see world quest on map or emissaries)

Bug description: You can't make friendly with Valajar in Stormhein and you can't continue the world quests. I don't know maybe this happened only to me but i really need to be fixed so i can advance in the game
