Bug description: Cant i re take,leave or complete that quest,the problem was caused by a reboot of the server this morning, and I have tried with the unstuck of the web and deleting the cache folder but it remains the same(i cant see world quest on map or emissaries)

Having the same problem. Cannot turn in, yet cannot abandon quest because it disappeared from the quest log. Had the same happen with the quest Knowledge is Power (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=46129/knowledge-is-power) and needed to have a GM abandon the quest from my character. Tried deleting cache and playing with all addons disabled, but nothing fixes it.

Same problem here. Got all friendly reps and still can't complete the quest. It also disappeared from my quest log. Reported it 5 days ago, not fix yet.

I managed to fix it.I deleted all unnecesarry quests from my quest log and relogged util it reappearred on my quest log.Then deleted it and relogged again until i could accept it again.

After a pause I'm pretty dissapointed.. still got problem with this quest.

The quest finally appeared on my quest log but was unable to complete it (as the ? was still silver). So I abandonned the quest and relogged.

After relog a Window pops-up but after I click on "Accept" nothing happens. Quest won't be accepted....

EDIT: After like 15 relogs I finally got it...
