Bug description: Some NPC's in the region of Bradensbrook of Val'sharah are missing and can't turn in quest such as [A Village in Peril] , which stops players from completing the achievement [That's Val'sharah Folks!]

The quest worked fine for me, was able to turn it in to the NPC. You also didn't provide any visual proof for your issue, so I'll suggest that you abandon the quest, unstuck and delete cache and then take it again and re-try. It could be a phasing issue due to the invasion.

If you still encounter this issue even after what I told you and even after the invasion ends, please make a new report with sufficient proof.
