Bug description:
1. Nightmare Totems, if clicked just slightly out of range (but still in clickable range) will prompt an "Out of range" message and de-spawn.
2. The zone is vastly overpopulated and there's a cluster of mobs right when you enter the zone which don't count towards any quest or bonus objective credits.
3. All bonus objective related NPCs and objects stay up after the bonus objective has been finished.
