Bug description: After completing the quest The Demon's Trail I didn't get the next quest in the questline.

Today I checked the possible locations of Tyrande to see if any of them could give me the quest, turned out that I had already done most of the quest line which I thought couldn't be possible since the All nightmare long requires the Into the Nightmare quest line to be completed.
Anyway, I could finally complete the achievement. However the last quest line had lead to another bug: Ysera is not visible during the flight and so cannot be targeted nor harmed, yet it still died, probably from the npcs which were fighting her so I could completed the quest.
