Descrierea bugului / Bug description: None of mobs and bosses are spawned ( No cooldowns on my character). Relog, Regroup and Cache file delete didn't help me out

seems to happen when raid difficulty is on heroic, set it to 10 normal, worked for me

raid dificulty needs to be set to 10 player normal, if you choose any other dificulty the instance will be empty
