I logged out with item equipped when i logged back it was gone and my old necklace was equipped instead of it, its not in my bags or bank or mailbox.
On a related topic my emisary progress also got reset on the same character after relog. I had 4/4 relogged before turn in, logged back it was 1/4.
Seems like a rollback of sorts if the item just plainly dissapeared it would leave my neck slot empty instead of re-equipping my old necklace that was in the bags.
