Bug description: Something's wrong with his respawn timer, last night at 02:20 it showed 9 hours and 18 minutes till respawn. Today, as it should have respawned at 11:40, it shows respawn in 19 hours 13 minutes?! Broken.
Proof: I think it respawns right after the server restarts because it's always dead before the restart and always dead after it but before it actually respawns according to the timer on the NPC Finder.

Yes, at server restart the npc respawns that is why the timer reset. Otherwise the npc is working as intended



Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
