WoW Freakz link: I do not know what is exact name of quest which I need to take
Bug description: Unable to start questline, simply because there is no quest, in pics below you see all stuff in class hall, and artifact. (And yes, I tried relog, tried unstuck, tried delete cache, nothing works)

Update: Now quest poped up for starting troop orders, I did it, and after that nothing, same as before.
