Working as intended. You'll want 350/360+ on your avg ilvl for wqs to award you 340ilvl loot.

Why would you need 350/360+ ilvl for WQs to reward you 340 ilvl loot? Why would you even do WQs that reward items if the reward is worse than the gear you already have? WQs should scale until 340 based on your ilvl. For example,if you are 315 ilvl you will get 320 ilvl loot from WQs. The same thing goes for what I already said,if you are 335 ilvl World Quests should give you 340 items,not 325.

Hello Pockieninja,

World quest drop scaling is working as intended. The world quest rewards for items are calculated from your overall itemlevel that you have on that specific character.

As well regarding the idea of the items having 325/340 ilvl drops those are base ilvl items that you can acquire meanwhile players are still having change to proc Warforged or Titanforged versions of the items thus increasing the ilvl that would be dropped.
