[REJECTED] Wand animation/action not working.

Bug description: Wand action (either shoot or auto attack) does nothing on my BE priest. It says "interupted" before the action finishes, even if i try and start combat with it.

P.S I have not played since Cata, so if this is something in the game itself (I have checked, could not find anything), sorry for my noobiness.
