[REJECTED] Warforged/Titanforged with random enchants items possible massive bug

Bug description: I did a world quest that rewarded me with this trinket ... It proced as titanforged 855ilvl with the random enchant being haste.. All good until i started swapping it around with one of my other trinkets i already had.. To my surprise, although the tooltip stated that if i put this Bloom trinket i`ll get + 78 haste, in reality i lost 60 haste from my other trinket.. I think i did a mess explaining, hope the pictures makes sense:

In this ss as you can see the tooltip states that changeing my "Swarming plaguehive" trinket with "Bloom of new growth" i will get +1356 intel and +78 haste.

Here you can see my total haste rating 2381 without either of the trinkets.

Here is my haste rating with "Swarming plaguehive" 2381+979= 3360 its ok

And now as you see the "Bloom of new growth" should give +1057 haste rating according to the tooltip. so the 2381 + 1057 should be 3438.. but as you can see its 3300.

P.S. as i was writing this post the server dc'ed. By the time i finished i logged back in to check again and now its not eve 3300 haste rating .. 2381+ 1057 is giving me 3058 haste rating

P.S.2 I tooked all items off and i had 0 haste and this is what i got after i put just the trinket : http://imgur.com/a/bEoD6
so it gives 677 haste insted of 1057.

(should of just did this from the beginning lol)

P.S.3 I checked some other items and i found out that my legendary staff also doesnt give the exact haste rating its telling me on the tooltip

I think there is a serious issue with scaleing items .. I tested on other items " belt/boots/chest/legendary wrists" and they give proper stats.. its random or i have no ideea whats going on

P.S.4 I check all the other items i have 1 by 1 and they give normal stats.. so.. guess its just related to world quest scaleing items
The legendary staff i think its not giving the normal stats stated in the tooltip because i have a 810 ilvl frost relic that got scaled to 840ilvl.. So i think it gives stats as if it was 810.

Same problem, i have An'she's Infusion of Light 840 ilvl no warforged/titanforged. It gives 528 haste and 528 mastery accordint to tooltip, but in reality when i equip it i gain 139 less haste and mastery than i should be getting.

I am noticing a pattern, all items who give incorrect stats in reality are base 810 green items that are upgraded to 840 ilvl. His Aluneth has a relic 840 equipped called Snowmane Totem which at base is a 810 green relic.

All world quest scaling 810 green items apparently give base stats of 810 ilvl even if in tooltip they are 840 epic or more in ilvl. Stuff from dungeons/raids is fine.
