WoW Freakz spell link: 235157

Bug description: The Empowered Life , should increase the every single damage spell of the character + pet by 10% but it doesn't work at. i also tested out the dps on dummy with and without the talent, but it's like a huge difference like 800k with the buff and 1m without the buff.
also it should make a change to the writed spell damage and i remember it wasn't like this back in 7.2.5 and 7.1.5. and it doesn't work on destruction and Affliction.

The talent works fine. The tooltip just has a visual bug.
