Bug description: So i found something strange in the spell tool from UA on the Hp. In the Changelog on the last post from 7.1.5 (23038) Legion and the post befor UA is multiplied for normal ticks with (386,4%*sp) not as its implemented with (96,6%*sp) even so 96,6% is from ask mr Robot. So i wonder and looked up some patch notes from 7.1.5 (PTR) and found the same multiplier there with (386,4%*sp)

So i know its Ptr and all that but no side says something diffrent only ask mr Robot says (96,6%*sp)

Open Changelog and look up 7.1.5 or below the spell has a much higher Multiplier

It deals 96.6% every 2 seconds for 8 seconds, for a total of 4 tick. 4 * 96.6% = 386.4%
