Bug description: in pvp this debuff keeps you in-combat during whole duration.specially the last 15 seconds. hence cannot use food or mount.

I think that's normal for Battlegrounds and Arenas. Not sure for open world PvP..

no, after 3 sec, any in-direct effect cannot keep anyone in combat. therefore none of debuffs can keep you in combat when the caster is somewhere else.

Hello! For any bug report you make please make sure you post a bug WITH PROOF. You need to show proof that this happens to you and you also need to show how it should work in this patch on retail. I will not confirm or reject this post until you reply with some proof of this bug(preferably video). I will reject within 2 day. Thank you

We're talking about PvP bruh. That "3-second rule" may apply if you hit a dummy, not in PvP, especially not in instanced PvP.
Also, it's not 3 seconds but more like 5~10.

But anyway, I am not a PvP guy, just noticing some things here and there...
