WoW Freakz spell link: Chaos Wave(hit)
Bug description: It doesn't benefit from mastery correctly.
The damage formula should be:

(1068 + 1.167*sp)*(1 + mastery%)

In my case it should be: (1068 + 1.167*45642)*1.89 = 102687. On Freakz it's dealing only 89718.
I tested it without metamorphosis too and it should be: (1068 + 1.167*45642)*1.29 = 70088. On Freakz it's dealing only 61891.

I don't understand what tests you did there, but I just tested and it looks ok:
I had 17075 SP and 48% demon mastery:
(1068 + 1.167*17075) * 1.48 = 31071

I did some more testes and I think it doesn't take into consideration mastery from gems.

For chaos and touch of chaos, sometimes the dmg deald benefits correctly from mastery, but both spells don't have any crit. I hit for 107k fel flame on dummy, but touch of chaos hit just for 50-55k maximum. So if sometimes mastery scale is ok, i think that crit chance is not working for this spells. I think.

Crit chance works.I also tested mastery from gems and it's working well.Shocker,if you have time,recheck if those 2 spells take the crit chance for spell or melee hits.I had around 5% chance on it(maybe it was rng,dk).
