Bug description: so, if i doom one npc, doom will tick normaly (affected by haste) up to 0 when it explodes, but if i refresh doom again it will tick from 20seconds (not affected by haste). So if i doom it, doom will tick to zero and lets say i doom it again while first doom was on 4sec left, it will tick from 20s not from tooltip timer (not affected by haste aka). Same happens with hand of gul'dan. right now i dont have PC to record this.. im on old slow one but you can try it.

If doom is on 1sec left, if i refresh it, it will add tick time from tooltip, but it sould start from ticktime from tooltip.. not + it.

This is not a bug. Thats how the Pandemic effect works.
