Bug description: When the Chaos Bolt hits the target a Eradication debuf should appear on the target but that does not happen , and there is no dmg increase.

Bug description: The spell itself works, but you need to test it with a lvl 30 char (or a lvl that doesn't have mastery in spell book).
You can see that the spell work in the video bellow (lvl 30 video), the problem come when you have mastery active ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=77220 (wowhead link) ) , numbers will gonna change randomly, and that's fine, and don't forget that chaos bolt doesn't have a static damage, it's always about your luck on crit.
