Character name: Miikee
Bug description: Chaos bolt sometimes consumes 4 shards instead of 2.
Proof: Its quite hard to actually catch this happening since it seems to be random, it is a legit issue though.

Can't replicate it. Out of ~50 chaos bolts at 4 soul shards, none consumed more than 2 soul shards. When this happens again, can you please also bring more info like talents/items/scenario/zone?

It seems to happen only in instanced content as far as i have noticed.
Talents are as follows. 1.1.3.2.2.3

I talked it over with some other warlocks and it seems that we all have twitching tentacle of xalzaix in common.

Also, when testing try to mess arround with spellqueue, legit i think that the hardcore buttonmashing could be at fault here. Im sure you have noticed that when you press several Keys together, it sometimes glitches out and lights up the spell as if it would be cast next. When this Bug happens, your char will twitch as if it tries to cast the spell.

Alsoalso, try to be at almost 5 shards. It Will consume all of them.

I've tried multiple times reproducing but this without success...even with insane amount of haste for this patch, with or without that trinket, with or without havoc.

I know its really hard to replicate it but please try to bring some valid proof whenever this happens again.
