Bug description: Reverse entropy has an incorrect tooltip, this was hotfixed by blizzard very quickly.
rain of fire is instant cast.

What is wrong about the tooltip?

There is nothing wrong with the tooltip. It says the cast time is only attributed to Chaos Bolt.
