Bug description: While under effect "Fire and Brimstone" when casting "Incinerate" doesn't generate Burning Embers. https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=114654 (wowhead link)
Proof: No need for proof every warlock can confirm this is bug!

It can be tested very easy: Use FnB: Incinerate on a single target. If you have 10 emberbits you should remain with one ember bits (10-10(for casting FnB: Incinerate)+1(generated by FnB: Incinerate)=1)
