Bug description: Colossus Smash's tooltip states that i should have an increase of 82% damage increase on the target while my mastery states that it should increase on 67%. Done some tests,even if the tooltip states 82 % i'm still dealing damage as if i have a 67% increase.
It could be either a tooltip problem,which should be easily fixed or it could be a spell problem which is another reason why Arms doesn't deal the damage it should.

Your mastery says that it increases the bonus damage received from Colossus Smash by x%. Colossus Smash increases damage done to that target by 15% default. Mastery is added to that.

67% + 15% = 82%. Magic.

As I said in the previous topics, please do your research next time on how things should work before making false claims that arms is not dealing the damage it should.
