Bug description: Nithogg and Shar'Thos doesnt have Skull of Nithogg and Skull of Shar'Thos in their loot table.Only Haft of the God-King that had a drop from God-King Skovald.

The items are there, but it's another loot system for WORLD BOSSES. Be sure you have EXALTED with Valarjar for the drops
