Bug description: Doesn t proc at all. Not working
Proof: I can t send you a visual proof but i already tested it in a couple of raid runs and dummy practice.

Rejected.

Odyn's Champion works as properly. The proc chance is 20%.

And there is a proof from an Argus kill.
