Bug description: I'm honorable + with the factions. I try to unlock Aerylia portals, but it doesn't work, I go to places and use them, but I still have the same 3 (Azsuna, Dalaran, Broken Shore) I've already gone to High Mountain, Suramar, Val´sharah and in the classroom I don't get the portals.

Some of the Skyhold jumps don't unlock the jump down for those locations after having used them.
