Bug description: The spell shockwave disappears from the spellbook and is unusable from bars, while having selected the talent. Changing the talent to something else and than back to Shockwave enables it for roughly 2 uses (a minute or so) and then it disappears again. In the picture you can see me having the talent and the spell on my action bars, but it is grayed out and not in the spellbook.

Tested. Over 5-10 minutes of spamming the spell and I still have it. Rejected.
